1. Introduction

Thank you, Max, for taking the time to speak with me and walk me through the vision and operations behind Las Ruinas. Based on our conversation, this proposal reflects our understanding of your immediate and long-term priorities.

As a new brand entering the market, the primary objective of this engagement is to increase visits and sell more day passes, followed closely by the growth of recurring memberships. Driving consistent foot traffic and converting that demand into long-term members is the central focus of this partnership.

This engagement is designed to leverage digital channels to increase local awareness, attract high-intent audiences, and generate measurable visits and membership conversions through social media and paid advertising.

Prompt Studios is a full-stack digital marketing agency and content creation studio, empowered by the latest advancements in AI. We combine human discernment, strategic thinking, and creative execution with AI-enabled systems to deliver efficient, data-driven marketing outcomes. Our approach is focused on performance, scalability, and measurable growth.

This proposal outlines the onboarding setup requirements and two ongoing service options designed to support Las Ruinas’ growth during its early-stage operations.

2. Initial Setup Fee (One-Time)

Setup Fee: $400
(Applicable if no troubleshooting or recovery work is required)

The setup fee includes full internal and platform onboarding, ensuring Las Ruinas is properly configured across all required systems.

Setup includes:

• Internal client onboarding within Prompt Studios systems
• Adding Prompt Studios to the client’s Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads Manager
• Google Business Profile connection
• Google Ads account access and configuration
• Opening all internal communication and reporting channels

This setup is required prior to the start of ongoing services.

3. Ongoing Services

All ongoing service options require a minimum commitment of six (6) months.

Option 1: Post-Production, Social Media Management & Advertising

Monthly Investment: $1,300

This option is ideal for teams that handle all filming internally and deliver raw content to Prompt Studios for processing and distribution.

Included services:

Content & Post-Production

• Client provides all raw video and photo content
• Video editing and post-production
• Graphic design and sound graphics
• Delivery of 5–6 reels per month (up to 360 seconds of total video content)
• 1 image or carousel post per week
• All videos delivered in ready-to-post formats
• Covers, captions, and formatting included
• Two (2) rounds of revisions per asset

Social Media Management

• Content scheduling and publishing
• Platform optimization and consistency

Paid Advertising Management

• 5–6 Meta ad campaigns per month
• 2 Google Search campaigns per month, each with multiple ad groups
• Ongoing optimization and monitoring
• Monthly performance reporting
  
  

Option 2: Full Production, Social Media Management & Advertising

Monthly Investment: $1,800

This option includes everything in Option 1, plus full content creation handled by Prompt Studios.
